Zen and the Art of Fray-ism

There are four Noble Truths about the Fray:

1. The Fray is suffering; 2. All suffering is caused by ignorance and the desire to flame another; 3. Suffering can be overcome by ending ignorance and the desire to flame; and, 4. the path to the suppression of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path:

1. Read the article before you post.
2. Post on point.
3. Check your spelling, and grammar, but don't flame based solely upon such errors.
4. Please, for the love of the Buddha, learn the difference between "your" and you're."
5. Skip the pompous, self-important drivel of the "star" posters.
6. Take no offense by the flame -- accept it for what it is, and embrace it.
7. If the best you can come up with is "who cares?" don't post at all.
8. Accept and excuse the ignorance of Jonah Micah Whomever, William Saletan, Jacob Weisberg and the rest of the moronic, trite agitants.

By following the Noble Eightfold path, you will achieve "Fray-vana," and you will feel your hatred for main thread flames, verbatim re-posts of articles from other sources and trite, left or right wing rants fade away. You will be entertained, amused, and, when it is time to go back to work, you will be able to break away without hesitation.
