Ride the Frayback Machine
Hey Fraymates!
I've only just begun. I've probably got thousands of posts archived:
Some are screenshots (pasted to paint, paintshop pro, or embedded into word documents);
and some are copy/pasted into emails and/or word documents.
I'm looking, first, through old image files looking for screenshots, then I'll go through the documents looking for copy/pastes.
The search gadget will be worthless** until there is text to search, so the labels will have to do for now.
I'm "publishing" the old screenshots using the original date and time of the actual posts captured.
If there is a particular post you'd like to see, give me a shout, and I'll try to search for it specifically. My files are in several places: my laptop, my broken cpu; an external harddrive; and on discs.
By the way, you'll need to click on these posts/images to enlarge them to their proper size. (As it turns out, the very long posts do not enlarge well enough to read. It's possible that if after you've clicked on the photo, you right-click and save it, that the saved photo will be large enough to read. Otherwise, some of these screenshots do not have accompanying text, and I will need to either email you the actual file, or use mine to transcribe the words as they are in the image...and then paste the transcription to the blog entry.)
**I have an update....The search box here doesn't seem to work. I have plugged in all sorts of nicks, and I get nothing. So I may have to include fray nicks as labels. YIKES. We'll need a search engine just to get through the nicks!
